Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of the Obsidio website and platform operated by Papers AG (“Obsidio”, “we”). By using the site or the platform you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Obsidio provides a DDoS simulation platform for authorized resilience testing. Use of the platform is subject to a separate service agreement.
2. Authorized use only
You may only simulate traffic against infrastructure you own or have written, verifiable authorization to test. We enforce this through DNS-TXT ownership verification and audit logging. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
3. Acceptable use
- No use against critical infrastructure you do not control.
- No reverse engineering, interference with platform security, or attempts to bypass authorization.
- No use to harass, defraud, or harm third parties.
4. Intellectual property
All software, documentation, branding, and reports are the property of Papers AG and its licensors. Reports we generate may be used internally and shared with your auditors and regulators.
5. Confidentiality
Simulation parameters, results, and infrastructure information shared with us are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Papers AG.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to platform users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
