Accessibility Statement
Papers AG is committed to making the Obsidio website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and Swiss accessibility requirements.
1. Conformance status
This website aims to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. Conformance status: partially conformant. Some content may not yet fully meet AA criteria; we are actively working to remediate these.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and headings.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motionon animations and parallax. - Alt text on content images; decorative images marked as such.
- Forms with associated labels and required-field indicators.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.2 AA targets.
3. Known issues
Some embedded third-party content (Contact Form 7, cookie consent banner) may not yet meet the full AA criteria. We track and prioritise these issues continuously.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Obsidio. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at hello@obsidio.com. We aim to respond within ten business days.
5. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the competent enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In Switzerland this is the Federal Department of Home Affairs (EDI). In the EU this is the national accessibility enforcement body designated under the EAA.
